Simply put, I love cake!
Always have, always will and so whenever I go away on my holidays or on my travels, I’m always keen to give my sweet tooth a treat.
Whilst in Paris my brother introduced me to Maison pou, a gourmet pâtisserie just a stones throw away from his apartment. Situated on Avenue des Ternes, Masion Pou is a celebrated pâtisserie established in 1830 receiving acolades from locals and tourists alike and from the moment I looked in the window and saw what can only be described as edible works of art, I can understand why.
Along with the cakes they also have an amazing selection of savories. Even though I love sweet, I’m also a sucker for savory…basically I just love food. From quiche to pie, salad to pasta they pretty much have everything your taste-buds could want for.
So if you’re a foodie like me this is definitely a place to pin on your trip to Paris!
